As part of this initiative, we will be offering a Barista Training Course tailored to support participants in gaining valuable hospitality skills. This course will cover all aspects of barista work – including coffee making, customer service, food handling, and workplace safety – providing practical, real-world training in a supportive setting.

Our program is designed to help participants:

• Develop barista and general café skills

• Build confidence in a real workplace environment

• Work towards employment goals in line with their NDIS plan

• Receive mentoring and ongoing support

• Access pathways to employment at Come4Café or with other employers

We understand the barriers many people with disabilities face when looking for work, and we’re committed to breaking those down. That’s why we’ll also be  working in partnership with NDIS employment services, helping participants with job-seeking, resume building, interview preparation, and maintaining    employment once they secure a role.
